Builder / Deep Cleans

MCS Cleaning Services (UK) Ltd has a vast amount of experience at builders and sparkle cleans at new and refitted shops, offices and industrial units in and around West Midlands, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Halesowen, Oldbury, Walsall.

We offer 2 ways to quote and charge. We can either quote as per job or we offer a per hour rate. Builder Cleaning

Per hour Rate:

• Our normal hourly rate is £14 per hour per person
• Minimum charge of £50
• Charge includes cleaning materials and machinery
• Travelling to and from job charged at £10 per hour
• Saturday and after 10pm Monday to Friday is time and half
• Sunday is double time
